Sometimes an ebook with a table of contents that work perfectly on my computer will only let me go to page 1 on my reader. By that I mean, every entry in the Table of Contents on the reader (for that book) is set to go to "Page 1". Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what causes it or how to fix a PDF so that it does not occur?

Hi all, I'm using the API to create a large pdf i.e a bundle of quotes. Since I'm using the FOPRocessor(InputStrreams ],Templates[ ) to create the PDF, I was wondering if there is a way to create a table of contents using the Outlineprocessor or do I need to create a pdf binder? If so, what does the xml input look like. Using my example would be the ...

Like right now, I am trying to find out where to find James Morri s' articles: Transferring video tapes to disc , which were published in 3 issus: 165-167 recently. I cannot find them using the "search for" facility (but I found other intersting ...

View the page with your current site map in a browser then copy/paste the code output by the FrontPage TOC bot into a new page in Expression Web. That way you will have the output of the bot as your starting place. If you no longer have access to a page where the bot is being processed you can create an unordered list, nest as appropriate of your site pages. You can do this by manually ...

There is another option - Don't use the TOC feature at all. Instead, set bookmarks in your document for what you want to appear in your TOC. Note that, when you set those bookmarks, they will be listed in alphabetical order. However, when you set up your hyperlinks, they will be listed in the order you entered them. Still wouldn't hurt to jot down your outline somewhere for reference....
