I've been reading a lots of new lately (Momma Basseteer says I'm on the computer entirely too much) and have put two and two and two together on a subject. Card check is the first item: Quote: Forbes.com; Card check--the most radical revision of labor law since 1935--would allow unions to do away with secret ballots, a fundamental right in a democracy, and ...

I believe the answer to OP's question would be mostly decided by the strength of the loonies with respect to USD at the time of Giftmas shopping season. Without loss of generality, let's say the current state of currency market holds till Giftmas. From a retailer's perspective, it's going to be a cold winter indeed because they do not a strong consumer's desire to purchase and at the same ...

the following is the best you're getting out of me, might not be 7-9 minutes, so make the most of it & drone on where you can: It might sound like a bit of a cliché topic, however, data loss prevention is immensely important, most especially, when one’s data is being amassed digitally. This lesson, I can personally attest to, as the very night just prior to this very work I am ...

I do not know if my solution is optimal (minimal moves), but I have produced a finite solution. Spoiler: 0 is open, 1 is closed, D means choose diagonal, H means choose horizontal, x --> y means you feel x and change it to y. Code: Select all D: 00 --> 11, results: 0111, 1111 (done) D: 11 --> 00, results: 0001 (see CASE below) 01 --> 11, results: 1111 (done) 11 -->...

Oh, that was a description of a circle and the description of the line. The x and y in the two equations where distinct and unrelated placeholders, rather than a common variable. Sorry, blind spot -- I have a horrid tendency to not see "magic variables" like "x" and "y" as being magic, probably related to my problem with human names. (And also my hatred of AM and Physics!) Your line and ...
