I also agree that the hunting is unusually good out there for the old dog. Don't say "if," please don't say "'if' they survive......" :) I just put some cash into a bit of IRE stock (litterally 3 silly little buys w/in the past week!) figuring that, yes, they'd probably cut the dividend eventually, but even cut in half, would still be respectable. I am hopeful that this dip will come back up, although this article isn't very in depth, their bad-loan exposure...
