yeah with that budget two decent cards in sli is going to be too expensive, better to just get a single mid-end card and add another later if you want. because one decent gpu will destroy 2 low end in sli. For gaming rig the biggest portion of your money is going to be in a gpu, but on a budget that gets tough to fit in. Im also ...

I have this on CAD too. I need to find someone who can cut this image (link below) into the side panel of a Lian-Li PC-2110 case. The panel is hair-line brushed and anodized black. Cant screw it up. Gotta have nice clean edges!! Now picture this: a roughly 16"x10" graphic cut into a 24"x24" and 2mm thick panel. Near the upper ...

Hi everyone, just yesterday I build my new allround system. It's stable and on the surface it seems smooth. But then when I run 3dmark06 to test my system/setup I get a very low score. I should be getting around 8500- 10000 with my system but I can't seem to score higher than 6500 :S and this really worries me because its too low!...

First of all, this is not a dream build, that I actually plan on building. Not only is it for gaming, but for my career, and requires a lot of power for rendering in intense applications. So far this is what I was thinking: CPU Intel QX9650 -- 1000$ Motherboard EVGA 790i -- 3x PCI-E 2.0 -- 330$ Memory 4 or ...

I'm already slightly over my budget, I might be able to spend slightly more though. Anyhow here is what I have. I was going to go with AMD just because I have always loved AMD, but everyone is talking me out of that for the time being. I also was going to go with a more powerful GPU, but decided to get 2 slightly less powerful ones...
