I am not a fanboy of any brand, so I don't might waiting until January or February to make a better choice. I've made a couple of threads here asking what I should do, but it's so...

Just took a look at the Falcon NW and Velocity Micro websites. They've started offering systems with Core i7. I decided to do a comparison with Newegg, and the boutique vendors have a mark up of over $2000. Branding is expensive . I remain entrenched in my convictions that only rich idiots who can't tell the difference between DDR3-...

Welcome to the forums! Seems kind of hot. I would reapply thermal grease. Use a roll of duct tape underneath the motherboard when pushing on the pins....

Why don't they ever post a picture of the internal memo in question? This has to be the 2nd or 3rd "internal memo" that claims either Deneb is awesome or sucks. Show us the memo...let us read it and see what it says. Blank out the name(s) in the memo, but let us read it. Is it that hard to post the "memo"? Also, why in the world ...

Intel revised its Q408 forcast, cutting from estimates of $10.1 billion to $10.9 billion to new estimates of revenue between $8.7 billion and $9.3 billion.....$2.2 billion less in worse case. I had the same issue, but mine might be different. It was because I was using IDE cd drives with SATA HDDs. Strange that it may sound... as it should be compatible and should not have affected the drives. Swapping to SATA cd drives solved my problems.
