Urgent meeting tomorrow so called the PLT desk (2MM soon to be 3M)....end list wait on the automatedly line....lowly elite on UA but was quickly picked up and booked.....for business people needing help quickly there are two options...go to the airlines first (here UA beat AA) or just stick with a travel agent (like AX or other)....but again AA let me down....now booked and ready to go!!!........

Prior to either the first or second bag fees, a ticket for a non-elite was purchased in V*something. This is for a cruise next week, and they found out in July that AA stopped flying LAX-FLL nonstop.
