Thinking about changing the exhaust on the truck. Want a better sound but nothing loud. Also thinking that more flow less back pressure on motor and better sound form motor. What are the best options for me and where in the world can i hear them before i buy. would like to do just the muffler replacement honestly. Sound clips are hard to come by.

Does anyone run this combo on a 05 and have you ever dynoed with it. I know one guy made 507hp and 9??tq with a stock turbo, a hot juice and a ez. What would be better a ez to stack or a mp-8?

Ok, lots of folks have em on their trucks, I am thinking of a set and just can not seem to wde through the info good enough to figure out what part numbers I am in need of. I have a 2 inch level kit on my truck, so if any of you know which ones I should be after. please, help a brother out and let me know. maybe we can add a section to the wiki on Bilsteins along the way too for others.

So I put my Smarty program in last night ver 4.14 running level 3, trq 2, timing 4, pressure 2, and have an issue. It runs great at the low end but when I get into it, it drops power on the upper end and sound like I have an exhaust brake installed. My quess is too much timing with the economy/fuel mileage setting number 4. Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this or has...

This AM I noticed a puff of white smoke at start up...is this a leaky injector or some thing else?

has any body ever heard of this set before. I ran into them on ebay. It looks like they come with a htb2 and ht3b and all the cold pipeing is silicone tubeing. the complete bolt on set is only like 3500. Anybody delt with them or this set. seems like it would be a good deal if they work good.

I ordered a Fabtech 4.5" lift with the Dirt Logic shocks. This kit should be here within 10-14 days. I was pleased to find out that Fabtech enlisted a prior King shock engineer to 'go over' the Dirt Logic shocks. When they first came out, they had some issues. But all the Dirt Logics sold after January of 2007 are considered the 'new era' Dirt Logics. I then bought some new coil tower trim ...

So got my AD 150 installed today seems very nice way more skinny pedal responce. Also had the tank vent mod done at same time. Sorry no pic's forgot my camera. However I do have couple questions: 1: what fuse did you goes hook up to for the AD 150? 2: How much fuel is left in the tank when you're just above "E" I could only get 33.5 gals in the tank, don't get me wrong it was way...

I thought I read a thread on this before but couldn't find it... Just wondering if folks who are running the FASS are still running their stock cannister fuel filter? I thought I read somewhere that with the FASS you could eliminate the the stock cannister filter... any thoughts... thanks...

after hearing that you could stack the superchip fire fly on a banks six gun. when i first got my banks, i tried to stack them, but had the map sencor and fuel press. sencor plugged in sencor superchip to banks to pcm harness, when it should have been sencor to banks to superchip to pcm... the truck now has the low end power from the banks and the top end power i had with the firefly. it takes my...

Please someone tell me this isnt going to cost a ton of money. I was tighting down the intake manifold to the intake plenum (sp?), and I heard a little bang and the bolt falls through pull other 3 bolts and the intake manifold and fin this What are my options here

Truck is back together...pics to follow soon. Had a few wastegate issues resolved by HTT, polished up the top turbo, added 5 fittings to my air plumbing (for future and recoated everything. Opie's bypass is half on since my new radiator pipe is still not finished... Rolled the same dyno numbers as Bully Dog Days of Summer...but seconds later drove home in a well mannered 350 hp ...

Wondering why i dont see any gale banks products on anyones machines, newbie to the CTD world. just bought 04 3500 4x4 DRW LB CTD 6sp manual with 373K km on it. lots of other go fast parts on members CTDs. any reason for this?

Anyone running the Juice and Attitude on an 04.5-05 6spd? What do you think of it? I recently priced a few power adders and a juice and attitude is cheaper than a smarty junior and pyro/boost guages.....think i am going to go with it. Just wanting to see how this chip works on a manual....what do you all think?
