I m using MS Office Outlook Version 2007 and if i wish to print a mail, either from inbox or outbox, it prints me the entire thread, i.e. all the mails that have been exchanged. I just want to print the latest received or sent mail. The print command gives a limited option of printing only all the Odd or Even pages and not the page numbers as in other applications. In my 20-chapter book, the top left corner of the numbers 10 and above is missing. This occurs only in the even numbers with two or three digits. The numbers 8,6,4,2 are OK.
