Yes, it's an actual regular magazine that comes in the mail. It seems to come out every two months - not really that frequently. But it is worth the wait. They also have articles on their website so you can catch up on the current issue and not have to pay the $20.

I have a written spread sheet for meds, exercise, dysphoria. And another one for charting mood with a bar graph to fill in. I leave room for notes at the bottom of each day. I use one sheet for each month. As far as online goes, it should be password protected. You shouldn't have trouble then. We bank online and so far the info is safe. Huggs, Ellie
